Tove Kinooka, Director & Co-Founder

Tove is a bicultural (British/Danish) sustainability consultant who has worked in Japan since 1998. As a consultant and coach, she combines her scientific & agricultural background, business know-how, and decades of people development experience to help transform company culture to enable sustainability strategies to flourish. The goal is to enable individuals and organisations to make sustainability and ESG ambitions become a reality. 

Tove holds certifications in Business Sustainability Management (Cambridge University), Organisational Change Consulting (Ashridge-Hult Business School), and a degree in Biological Science (University of Exeter).

Alongside her main work, Tove is an Executive Committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BCCJ), where she leads the Responsible Business Task Force and part of the Management Committee for Refugee Empowerment International (REI). She is also regularly involved in sustainability-focused events as a speaker, moderator, and host.
