Sustainability starts and ends with people. Without employee and stakeholder buy-in, creating and maintaining a strong sustainability culture that combines the right mindset and skills and achieves long-term is exceedingly difficult.

A sustainability culture promotes sustainable growth and plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent. Culture and values unite us as co-workers and our ambitions of creating a healthy and sustainable life at work and home for all employees. This sense of shared purpose and work-life balance is also high on the wish list for many highly skilled potential employees.

However, companies often face challenges in creating or improving a sustainability culture.
