Gavin Dixon, Director & Co-Founder

Originally from Australia, Gavin has lived and worked across Europe and Asia in consulting, journalism, travel management, professional sport and NPOs. Clients value his ability to think “big picture” and ask questions that lead to new insights and understanding. He is passionate about turning ideas and inspiration into concrete action in order to help individuals and organisations deliver tangible, long-term impact. 

Gavin holds a certification in Business Sustainability Management (Cambridge University) and a degree in Economics (Monash University).

In addition to his main work, Gavin is a Climate Launchpad mentor and coach and chairs the Sustainability Committee at the Australia and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ).
